This is a spacious four-bedroom home. You'll have an indoor hot tub, WiFi, a Ping-Pong table, A/C, and 10 complimentary passes to the SHARC facility.

Downstairs there is a queen bed with a piano in the bedroom. There's a full bath in the hall. The king master is downstairs and has a large master bathroom, as well as a TV, DVD & VHS. Upstairs to the left is a full bath with two sinks. There's a bedroom with two twins. To the right upstairs is a bedroom with a queen and a twin. There's a loft with a twin and twin trundle and also a computer in the loft. The den off of the loft has a queen futon with a TV, DVD, & VHS.

The living and dining room are large with a gas fireplace that's open to both. The sunken living room has a flat screen TV, with a stereo, DVD & VHS. The hot tub is in the atrium off of the living room. There is a lot of room for everyone to get comfortable. This Sunriver home sleeps 10.

Lastly, the garage has a NEMA 14-50, 240 volt outlet that is suitable for charging electric vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
