Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo, Mountain Views And Minutes From Downtown

Enjoy this spacious 1350 sq. ft. condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Fully renovated in the spring of 2016, with quartz counter tops, hardwood flooring and custom made rustic furniture.

This west facing condo can accommodate up to 12 guests (10 Adults Max) with views of Cascade Mountain. There are 2 large bedrooms and a bunk room. The first large bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub\shower, and the other has a king sized closet large enough to be another bedroom and a private balcony to enjoy the mountain views! The bunk room easily accommodates 6 people as it contains 2 bunk beds each of which have a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. There is a second spacious bathroom with a shower nearby. In the living room there is a Queen-size sofa-bed, and for those with little ones there is a playpen and a highchair available.

During your stay enjoy 2 private balconies, both which have fantastic unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains. The first balcony located just off the living room is equipped with a high quality Napoleon barbeque and comfortable chairs, letting you relax while enjoying a beautiful mountain sunset. The second balcony is attached to the bedroom with the large closet and has more fabulous views of the Rocky Mountains.

Canmore is a year-round destination. In the summer enjoy easy access to some of Canada’s best golf courses and fantastic mountain biking trails. In the winter hit the slopes at any of the 5 nearby ski resorts or some of the best cross-country skiing trails, including those at the world class Nordic Centre. You will also find some great walking trails just feet from your condo, or within a short walking distance find shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries. Two supermarkets are also conveniently located on your doorstep.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental with plenty of free parking available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

The condominium buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. Be sure to bring your camera because the rooftop hot tub has an incredible view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama!

A basic fitness room is available for your use; it has weights and a few machines including an elliptical and plenty of space for a workout.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Fantastic condo and location!

The condo was spectacular and owner Krissie made the entire booking/rental experience so smooth and seemless! This condo was a great base camp with everything our family needed during our vacation. Terrific being so close to groceries, eateries (and check out the amazing Schoolbus ice cream) in Canmore, and being able to walk around town and on trails. We hiked in/around Canmore, Banff, Johnston Canyon falls, Lake Louise and Lake Agnes.

Very nice unit, lots of space, hard to locate the building.

Nice unit, worked well for our needs, however the signage was almost nonexistent. No visible signs on the outside of the building showing unit numbers and no sign directing you to underground parking garage. Unit was very, very warm, even with fans running all day long. The barbecue and the outside deck itself needs cleaning badly. The gym only had three pieces of equipment and two of them didn’t work. The hot tub area was nice but some chairs and an outside shower would make it much better.

Beautiful Spacious Condo!

Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo looks just like the pictures. The bunk bed room was bigger than we expected based on the photos. We had a lovely time at the condo and would 100% stay again.

The condo was fantastic and very clean! The layout suited our group of 6 adults perfectly!

This was a perfect spot for a girls weekend. The condo was well stocked with the essentials (paper towel, toilet paper, towels, spices, etc.). The condo ran a little warm due to no AC but the multiple fans helped out a lot and it really cooled off nicely at night.

It was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown which was really convenient. One of our favourite dinner spots was “Where the Buffalo Roam” - highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend

This is the second time we have rented this unit for our annual girls’ trip. The unit is in great shape, is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is very well stocked. We will absolutely stay again.

Beautiful unit close to 6 nearby golf courses, 4 ski resorts and a world class Nordic Centre. Easy access to excellent hiking and biking trails. We are only a short walk from most of Canmore’s amenities including the new civic centre which houses Elevation place, Canmore’s new sport facility with swimming pool and exciting water slides.

Canmore’s very own Brewery is less than a 15 minute walk away. Brewery tours generally run 45-60 minutes, you will have an opportunity to see how the beer is produced and learn about the seasonal ales. Not a drinker? Grizzly Paw also produce a range of great tasting sodas.

The Canmore Mountain Market, a summer tradition for over twenty years, is new and improved! The Market is located at the Canmore Civic Centre Plaza in the heart of downtown, 902-7th Avenue. The market will run every Thursdays 10am-6pm from mid June to mid September. This is a weekly summer event designed for the entire family.

Rain or shine, this market showcases a variety of locally and regionally produced items. The selection includes fresh fruits and vegetables, (with seasonal Alberta and B.C. options when available) elk meat, fresh poultry, baked goods and other food items. The Market also offers crafts and other locally produced items to choose from. You might even catch a busker!
