If the site from where you decide to book offers you the option of instant booking, please make sure leaving a full 7 nights week gap between your date of departure and the day the next renter arrives. Our Clean time has no issue whatsoever to provide a perfectly safe environment in a changeover on the same day. It is very difficult to fill gaps of 5 nights at a later stage.

This individual 4 bedroom villa has stunning views over the local countryside and out to sea. The villa is on 2 levels with the air-conditioned master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, comfortably furnished open plan lounge, kitchen and guest toilet on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine in the utility room.
In the lounge the large picture windows allow you to fully appreciate the fabulous view.
One double bedroom is on the top floor, the 3 others are on the lower level, that is the pool level as well.

Internal stairs take you down to the lower floor and the further 3 bedrooms, Two with twin beds and one with a single bed. Each of these bedrooms has air conditioning, ceiling fan and direct access onto the pool area. Just slide the French window of your bedroom and splash into the pool. The bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom with corner bath.
The pool measures 8m x 4m with integral steps and an approximate depth of 1m to 2m. There is optional shading by the pool and sunbeds are supplied.
This wonderful villa has wifi and satellite TV with channels in English, Spanish, French and German, enough to keep all the family happy when they´re not in the pool or at the beach.
Linen and towels are provided . The final clean and sanitizing is obligatory and has a cost of 170 euros.

If you would like a mid-stay maid service with linen and towel change and cleaning of the bathrooms, This is available on request for on the basis of 15€/ hour. , Beach towels are available at 3 euros per item

Our office is just 10 minutes away and we are on hand always to ensure your holiday is trouble free, Do not hesitate to send us a whatsapp when you have a doubt. If you are suffering walking or short breath difficulties let us know before you make your choice, as we have other villas with at least 1 double bedroom en-suite, pool and living room on the same floor.
We have travel baby cots and play pens, high chairs and walkers available at the office.
