This historical house was built in the early 1900's; it has been completely re-done including a new heating system, a new kitchen with new appliances, new carpet, and fresh paint. Despite all of the updates, you can still see the vintage charm of the house in many of its details and its unique architecture.
The main level of the house has 2 full bedrooms (both with queen-sized beds) and 2-full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has everything you need for a 2-night to a 2-week stay. There is an enclosed back porch/sun room that opens up onto the back-yard deck. The back-yard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence and is a perfect place for barbecuing. The upstairs loft of the house is a very spacious and unique space! There is a side room with a built-in desk and shelves that creates a perfect work station. In the main portion of the loft there is a full-size bed and two twin-sized beds. The living room couch is a brand-new sofa sleeper and comfortably fits two.
Free Wi-Fi is included!
Everything you need is within walking or biking distance to the house, including a major grocery store. There is plenty of parking on premises and available parking throughout the town. We expect most guests to likely have a car, however if you prefer to bike, we do have a few extra bikes available for guest use in the garage; there are also several bicycle shops nearby where you can rent additional bikes and accessories.
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard, including the garage. We ask that guests do not access the basement beneath the mudroom, and guests will not have access to the storage shed located in the backyard.
We encourage guests to come and go as they please. We will provide contact phone numbers and VRBO messaging will be available if guests have questions or concerns. We will typically not be present for guest arrival or check-out; access to the house will be via a lockbox located on the front door (lockbox information provided upon booking).
