This home was completely renovated in 2020 and has a large "split master suite" with walk in closet, steam shower and soaker freestanding tub. Perfectly set up to entertain, the home has spacious 18 foot ceiling living room with a 16 foot glass wall that opens to the pool and entertaining areas. A private gate gives access to walk and ride on the prestigious Camelback Ambient golf course. (Not while golfers are playing). The home overlooks the fairway and green of the 13th hole.

The chef's kitchen has a large eating area (seats 8) and eating bar (seats 4) Amenities include a beautiful outdoor heated pool. High speed gigablast internet and Dishnetwork TV in are included. Large flat screen HD TVs for every room.

This home is sure to please the fussiest and most discerning traveller. We are very careful with cleaning and preparation. The home also has new ionizing systems in the Heating/air conditioning which monitors air quality and has been lab tested to remove 99.9% of airborne viruses. An infrared sauna is also available for your use.

If you like to ride there is a new Peloton stationary bike + with full subscription to stay in shape while you stay. A private gate gives access to walk and ride on the prestigious Camelback Ambient golf course. The home overlooks the fairway and green of the 13th hole.

Outside great, inside just ok
Beautiful area of million dollar homes on a golf course with a nice view of the mountains. This home however, is tired inside and needs a remodel. Represented as a 3 bath home and was only 2 1/2, rather important with 6 women in the group and we should have been told ahead of time. A few things in this home were not working some were corrected while we were here but who wants to deal with that on vacation? Should have tested pool heater, coffee maker, roof for leaks...before our stay. Christmas dinner was very late because one of two ovens didn't work and the other didn't work well. Be aware that 5th bedroom is actually the dining room with doors (no closet) and has no access to a bath or shower without going through another bedroom. Office/bedroom has a closet but no handles on the inside so cannot be closed for privacy. We were comfortable but there were these annoyances and several phone calls the first couple of days.

We are in our 50's/60's and enjoy spending time in Paradise Valley We carefully chose this area to live, which is commonly referred to as the 'Beverly Hills' of Arizona. Paradise Valley is surrounded by Scottsdale and Phoenix and is a quiet safe community of luxury homes close to all the amenities that Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and the surrounding communities have to offer. We own other homes in Vancouver, BC, Canada and Rijeka, Croatia, but spend as much time as possible in Arizona. Our backgrounds are in Real Estate and Finance and we are now semi-retired 'young' grandparents.

Why they chose this property

Finding a home that had the majority of living and entertaining areas facing south and thus taking advantage of views and sunshine / sunsets was of prime importance to us. We looked carefully through Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and surrounding areas before deciding on this home. The excellent central location with close proximity to the best amenities the area can offer was a prime attraction. the layout of our home gives privacy to the master suite and other bedrooms. We also enjoy the excellent walking, hiking, biking and other activities in this area. The nearby restaurants and shopping are unparalleled, and offer endless variety. Unlike many desert areas of Scottsdale and the Greater Phoenix region, our property is in a very 'green' area, with all the surrounding homes having lush landscaping.

What makes this property unique

Views, Views and Views. We love the golf course and Mummy Mountain views. Our home is set up for maximum enjoyment and entertaining. The close proximity to all of the best that Scottsdale and the surrounding area offers is just a few minutes away. If you are a fitness/health/spa person we can arrange a weekly or monthly membership at one of the finest clubs in the valley.
