Church View detached bungalow in Constantine near Falmouth dog friendly

A 3 bedroom detached bungalow with large garden and woodland views. A perfect house for a relaxing holiday. Near to the Helford estuary, the Lizard Peninsula and Falmouth. An easy drive to many of the scenes from the Poldark series written by Winston Graham and the novels of Rosamund Pilcher. A wonderful place for walking and dogs are welcome.
A spacious lounge/dining room with 2 large sofas, wifi, TV, dvd player and sound system. There is a dining table which can seat 6 people. Off the dining room is a conservatory with additional seating and spectacular views of the garden and the countryside beyond. There is access from here to the garden via an area of decking. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge. A family bathroom with mixer shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a separate toilet. There are 2 good-sized double bedrooms and 1 smaller room with a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
At the front of the property is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars. There is a patio area with outside seating and a washing line. The garden surrounds the property and is on an incline. This tranquil setting is perfect to just relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife, a delight for birdwatchers. Please note that there are a number of steps to get into the property so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Constantine has a village store, a pub and a superb off-licence, famous for its wide variety of stock.
The area is a paradise for walkers with footpaths from the village and the coastal path only a few miles away.
In Falmouth there are many shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. The National Maritime Museum and Falmouth Art Gallery are also centrally located.
