Spacious holiday home for max 10 people in nature park, 2 separate apartments.

The property consists of 2 complete floors. Both equipped with private bathroom and kitchen. Ideal for large families or families.

Our 4-season holiday home is located in the Feriendorf Frankenau next to the national park Kellerwald-Edersee near the town Frankenau. Directly from the house and in the immediate vicinity there are numerous possibilities throughout the year for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and Nordic walking in beautiful nature. Horse riding is also possible.

With Willingen and Winterberg at 40 min drive also ideal for winter sports.

The house can accommodate 10 people and has a new and modern interior. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped.

In the sitting area is a TV with channels in HD quality with a DVD player and a cozy wood stove. There are 6 modern chairs around the large dining table. A high chair and camp bed are available.

The house has a spacious garden with lots of sun and shade options.

Viel Luft nach oben
Wir waren 7 Erwachsene im Alter von 15 bis 70 und ein Kind 7 Jahre alt. Die Lage des Hauses und dessen Umgebung ist super. Es gibt viele Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe. Einkaufen in kleinen lokalen Geschäften guter Qualität ist auch möglich. Das Haus an sich hat einige technische Probleme. Die Heizung funktioniert nur auf Vollgas. Das Thermostat zeigt nur zwischen 25 und 27,2 Grad an so das die Heizung nur manuell ab 29 anspringt. Der Lüfter im Bad hat einen Lagerschaden und weckt nachts das halbe Haus. Die Sitz Bänke draußen sind morsch wir haben das Holz von dem " Müllhaufen" unterbauen müssen und mit 4 Mann drauf sitzen zu können. Das Wespennest oben über der Tür war sehr gefährlich weil wir einen extremen Allergiker dabei hatten. Die Tiere dringen in die Wohnung ein was nicht so schön ist. Der Hausmeister hielt es nicht für nötig zu handeln.. Wenn wir gewusst hätten das wir die Betten selbst beziehen mussten hatten wir uns Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht. Wir wollten uns im Urlaub diese Arbeit ersparen und habe extra nachgebucht. Der Heizlüfter in Bad war ebenfalls defekt und laut Hausmeister, der auch da nicht geholfen hat, war es den Vermieter bekannt. Ältere und jüngere Menschen duschen halt nicht gerne bei 12 Grad. Wir werden nicht mehr dort buchen.

Haus in Frankenau
Der Schlüsselkasten ist eine Katastrophe. Silberne Zahlen auf einem silbernen Drehrad, weder im Hellen noch im Dunklen mit Taschenlampe lesbar. Bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung ist noch Luft nach oben (Geschirr usw). Der Fernseher ist nicht zu bedienen es ist nicht möglich ein Programm einzustellen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung die Wohnung war sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig.

Gezien de prijs van de lokatie viel het wat tegen. Meerdere lampen waren kapot, tv deed het niet, kortsluiting in kachel douche waardoor de boiler het niet deed, zelf kachelaansluiting losgenomen. De keuken is van slechte kwaliteit, geen afzuigkap waardoor de stoom langs de deurtjes opstijgt en deze laat opzwellen.

Silvesterwochenende in schöner Lage
Wir haben hier ein schönes Wochenende über Silvester mit der Familie verbracht. Die Wanderwege und der Wald laden zum spazieren ein. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
