Moderne villa met alle comfort en een schitterend uitzicht.
De villa voldeed aan onze verwachtingen: schoon, ruim, met smaak ingericht, compleet uitgeruste keuken, ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden en moderne badkamers. Vanaf de verschillende terrassen had je een prachtig uitzicht op de baai of de bergen. De locatie is ideaal, snel in Kaapstad en een ideale uitvalsbasis voor dagtochten. Luxe en gewone supermarkt alsook vele leuke restaurantjes allen op een korte afstand van de villa. Het ruime terras aan het zwembad met buitenkeuken en een handige keukenlift waren ideaal voor een gezellige braai. De house keeping was zeer behulpzaam en de tuin en het zwembad werden elke dag goed verzorgd. Beddengoed en handdoeken werden regelmatig verschoond. Het enige minpunt was het tuinmeubilair. Dat was niet in voldoende mate aanwezig en zeker aan vernieuwing toe: 4 ligbedjes voor 6 personen, waarvan nog 1 stuk en 2 stoelen waarvan 1 met een gevaarlijke nagel door de rugleuning.

Stunning, spacious and comfortable
This house was way better in person than in the photos. Absolutely loved it! The whole house was very stylishly decorated and all the beds super comfortable. There were 10 of us staying and at times we had more family visiting us and at no point did we feel overcrowded . The upstairs kitchen, dining room, family room with the spectacular view was so lovely to entertain in and just relax in. Appreciated having a housekeeper 3 times a week so we could have a real vacation from cleaning. We hope this beautiful home will be available for us to rent when we are back in Hout Bay..

The overall view in the house is amazing, the garden, the pool and the terraces are beautiful. Hout Bay is a perfect town to stay. We would like to come back soon !!
