LUXURIOUS apartment in a panoramic position with an enchanting view over the Gulf of Marinella, free on three sides, set within the prestigious and reserved Residence Ladunia, equipped with a reception for guests and a security service, bordering on the famous property of Villa Certosa.

The apartment is arranged on two levels and consists of a living room with a large veranda furnished with a dining and sitting area and with a suggestive sea view both from inside and outside. A kitchen equipped with all electrical appliances, a double bedroom with a large covered terrace and large fitted wardrobes up to the ceiling, a single bedroom with fitted wardrobe, both served by a bathroom with shower and a utility room. Comfortable and spacious attic with double bedroom and shower room.

The flat is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi and Smart TV. The rent includes covered parking space, use of the large infinity pool (open from 01.06 to 30.09) with panoramic view, two tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, children's playground, concierge service, security service, access to the platform on the sea.

Spectacular view and location
We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was spectacular, with great views from all the windows. The decor is lovely and the unit is well supplied. Check in and out were easy with the service center onsite. It was super quiet when we were there (early October) but I doubt noise would ever be a problem given the unit is top floor on the end. There are a few flights of stairs to access so beware if you have heavy bags. Valerio was very accessible to answer questions. The location was only a 5 minute drive to very nice restaurants and 20 minutes to boat tour access. Thanks!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war erholsam und sehr schön.Die Wohnung wurde von den Vermietern mit viel Liebe eingerichtet,ein großer WOW-Moment war der Anblick des riesigen Balkones mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht.Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, mit allem Komfort. Great Veiw Appartment
The Apartment is very Nice, and the view is awesome, the only downside was that the pool closes on Sep. 30th, so did not even try to find it. But the beach across the way was still swimmable, a little chilly, but the apartment was great, except only 1 old fry pan, not a big deal. I did not look at all the photos or I would have realized that its on the third floor, 4 flights of steps and no elevator to carry up the luggage, not a problem for some but since I had sprained an ankle three weeks before going, it was not that good for me. Also the steps up to the Loft were very steep, Defiantly need a car if you want to explore, only suggestion I have would be to extend the time on the stair lights, leaving in the evening to go out the stair lights are on a timer and go out half way down. Otherwise a great place to stay. Did rent a dinghy at Porto Rotondo absolutely great day on the water, and did enjoy the stay, would recommend the place.

Perfect stay with incredible views
The apartment was in a fabulous location for local beaches, towns and not far from Olbia airport and supermarket. It was comfortable and clean with a magnifient view from the large balcony. The pool was a very good size, well maintained and enjoyed more super views over the bay. It was end of season so quiet with some amenities and local shops and restaurants closed but that didnt spoil it, as we loved the peace and quiet and the lovely temperatures. We would love to return.
