Mold issues
The property was nice. The major issue was a large amount of mold in the wall AC and vents. This can cause respiratory issues along with other problems. My husbad has Asthma and the property Manager knew we were staying at the unit while my husband was recovering from a major operation. We ony stayed at the property for an hour. After the discovery, we contacted the property mgmt and we left for obvious reasons. The manger told the host we stated there was dust coming out of the AC, which was a lie. After letting the Host know the truth and sending her pictures She refuses to refund our money or even offer an apology.

Girls getaway
The floors were dirty, but rest was great. Pool and restaurants were excellent. Would stay again. Great experience. Would recommend putting some breakfast places for your guests in the room. Also where the garbage cans are located.

Remote, but area is nice
The price was low and the location was remote. If you like remote, this will work for you. Quite area. Couple of nice restaurants within the property. The unit needs some updating, cleaning is needed. Don’t expect perfection, but it wasn’t clean enough for me and my wife.otherwise, budget family on a trip, this would work nicely.

I plan on retiring next year and look forward to spending some time with my grandson. We have 2 pugs, Maggie and Marley. They love people and are so friendly. Currently, we live in New York and enjoy our visits to Little Harbor.

Why they chose this property

We came down last year to Little Harbor and fell in love with the area and all its amenities. We decided to purchase a unit so we can come down any time and share with others. We talk about little Harbor as, "the hidden gem," to everyone.

What makes this property unique

Little Harbor has a private beach to spend the day just relaxing and having lunch at either one of the waterfront restaurants. There are sport courts and if there are children, they can enjoy the playground area. For those who enjoy fishing, there is a 250 ft. fishing pier or perhaps charter a fishing boat for some serious fishing. With two pools and a spa, there is something for everyone. You can take an early morning walk around the resort for a little exercise while taking in the sites of the yacht harbor. In a short drive you can spend hours just shopping, going to the beautiful public beaches, and enjoy the rides and thrills at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Amusement Park. At night just sit on the balcony, enjoy the views and unwind. So much to do and see when you stay at Little Harbor!
