Located in the town of Arradon and near the Gulf of Morbihan, this property is part of a farmhouse surrounded by a large garden of almost 1,000 m2, with a beautiful open view isolated in a hamlet of 5 houses. Parking slots are arranged near the lodgings. Many activities nearby: water sports, tennis, golf, walking and cycling from the house. Many games left at the disposal of tenants (bicycles, board games, children's games for all ages, ...).

I propose the rental of sheets for € 7 per person, towel rental. bath for 5 € per person and cleaning when you leave for 30 €

We accept pets with a supplement of 25 €

MAL AIMABLE EST LE TERME ADÉQUAT
Emplacement idyllique... MAIS Propriétaire sans humour et sans état d'âme, s'est permise de rentrer dans le logement sans notre accord pour vérifier son délire. Avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant (personnes allergiques à la poussière : arrière toute). Communs non entretenus. Et l'on nous demande 30€ de plus pour le ménage ! Contrairement à ce qui est dit, pas un lieu sécurisé pour les enfants : pas de barrière autour de la terrasse. Attendons toujours le remboursement de l'avance payée pour notre chien que, malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu amener. Remboursement promis dans les délais règlementaires ??? Pas de réponse à ce sujet. Avons déjà loué chez ABRITEL mais aucune commune mesure avec cette location.

très bon accueil d'Isabelle et très belle région. Arradon est vraiment un lieu où il faut passer un séjour.

gîte confortable à l'intérieur plutôt triste en extérieur
La terrasse et la vue reste nettement à améliorer mais le gîte est confortable et pratique (attention aux plats et casseroles assez sales). Accueil sympa de notre hôte et tranquillité assurée. Par contre attention au bruit car l'autre gîte est juste au dessus de la pièce de vie.
