Our Luxury 2 bed 2 bath modern apartment is located on the prestigious Villa Verde Resort. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Lantana Community. The apartment has an open plan layout with patio doors leading onto two large terrace. All doors are fitted with insect screens allowing guests to enjoy the views and Sal breeze! The bright and airy apartment is finished with high quality furnishings and appliances. The apartment is located within close proximity to the main reception area where you will find guest services who are able to arrange airport transfers,taxis,car hire,trips and excursions and trips to neighbouring islands. The apartment is set around a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool and play area, there is also a pool bar that serves drinks and food and has free internet access. The apartment benefits from the sun all day long and both of the bedrooms have patio doors that lead out to a terrace with nice views. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, built in water filter, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils and cookware. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed with ample bed linen and an ensuite bathroom complete with bath and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, there is a separate shower and WC for guests using the twin room. Both bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

Villa Verde Resort

Villa Verde Resort is a fully managed resort which has its own bars, supermarket, shops, coffee shop and a bank. The resort has 24 hour cctv and security patrols to ensure there are no unauthorised visitors. There is also a free private bus service that runs from the resort to Santa Maria, Espargos and Ponta Preta Beach. Guest services are located by reception.

Sal Island is very appealing to water sport enthusiasts and people who just like to relax and watch the world go by. It is an ideal location for wind and kite surfing, it is also excellent for deep sea fishing, diving and snorkelling. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away from the Villa Verde Resort.

New for 2017... Vila Verde Resort has opened an ice cream parlour, pub and dive shop. There is also a further shop providing excursions, bike hire. The launch of the much sought after BIKINI BEACH previewed in December 2016 and will be open to public access January 2017. This is a short walk from Vila Verde. Fashion Beach opened earlier this year and is located on the outskirts of Santa Maria. This venue provides guests with the option of sunbathing in cabanas and swimming in their pool as well as a wide range of drinks and food choices. The Hilton Hotel is coming closer to completion, the casino is already open and this will certainly bring more tourisum to the Island. The port of Sal is in the process of expanding allowing cruise ships to dock and larger cargo ships. All in all Sal is looking to be bringing in more and more holiday makers from all over the world.
