Your relaxation destination! 2000 sft home on a half acre lot in a quite subdivision located 5 min from all the charm of downtown Franklin and 25 min from all the excitement at the heart of Nashville!
Fully fenced backyard with large pool; lounge chairs and pool towels provided. Cozy fire pit patio area, ready for s’mores! fire wood is provided.
4 bedrooms (king, king, queen, queen) (1 twin mattress is also available)
2.5 bath
High quality mattresses and furnishings thorough out; fully equipped kitchen. Webber BBQ grill in the backyard. Kitchen opens to a beautiful screened in porch.
2 gas fireplaces (turned off during summer mo), 2 flat screen smart TVs , fast wifi, keyless door entry, hardwoods and tile throughout.

The pool is open May thru late September. The pool is not heated.

Mileage: The home is located 20 miles south of the heart of broadway/downtown Nashville attractions. It is 2 miles east of Franklin’s downtown Main Street.
Parking: all vehicles must fit in the driveway which limits guests to a max of 4 vehicles on property.

Great House in a great location
House was as described on the listing, and was well-cleaned. Great location, whether to visit the local Franklin offerings and/or to head into Nashville.

Gorgeous inside and out
House was beautiful, had everything you need for a week's stay. Host was amazingly helpful. Property was well maintained and very, very clean. We would definitely go back again and again! The downtown area of Franklin is adorable. You can walk around and shop and eat. Also, the house is conveniently located just outside of Nashville for day trips in and out. A perfect place to visit! Thanks Jill!

Best VRBO yet
The title says it all, this is the best Vrbo I have stayed in yet. It starts with the property owner sending text messages for communication instead of email, which was huge for me adding the personal touch. Walking in for check in, the cleanliness of the house was apparent. Everything was organized and labeled, making navigating and using the house easy. The temperature was perfect walking in, no limits on the thermostat like other houses I have rented (vital when the temps soared over 100F). The highlight of the stay was the pool, which was clean and well maintained. This owners of this house have thought of everything and seem to really care that people enjoy the stay. This will definitely be on our list to return.

Perfection in Franklin!
My young boys and I stayed here for the week to visit my brother and his family who recently relocated to Franklin. The house was perfect! Modern amenities, close to everything, communicative owner- it was the perfect stay! We’ll be back next summer!
