Very bright attic composed of entrance living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom, living room with sofa bed. Fourth floor s / a. The house is located in a very convenient area a stone's throw from the sea and the pinewood of the west, railway station and bus to five minutes; in the supermarket area, pharmacy, confectionery as well as shops of all kinds. Free parking in the area. The center can be reached on foot. Free and equipped beach.
Follonica, in the center of the Gulf of the same name, has beaches of fine sand and blue sea. Easily accessible from both north and south, Grosseto 45 Km, Livorno 90Km. Opposite is the Island of Elba, boarding at 25 Km.

Una settimana in famiglia
Ho trascorso una piacevole vacanza con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere sia la spiaggia che i negozi di prima necessità. L'assenza dell'ascensore è l'unico neo che può passare tranquillamente in secondo piano dato tutti gli altri confort.

Soggiorno magnifico!!
Sono arrivato a Follonica con la mia migliore amica e Lucia ci ha seguito passo dopo passo dalla prenotazione all’arrivo nell’ appartamento. L’appartamento dista veramente a pochi minuti dalla stazione, inoltre si è davvero vicini a tutti. Raggiungere il mare è comodo e suggestivo con la pineta. Pulizia e ordine erano veramente due parole chiave del nostro soggiorno. La nostra prenotazione last minute è stata accolta e soddisfatta al massimo delle aspettative. Spero vivamente di farvi ritorno anche la prossima estate. Specialmente per via della cordialità e della serietà di Lucia e di suo marito. Grazie. Giorgio
