An immaculate Exclusively Eastbourne apartment with a private balcony with views over the marina and two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to four people.

Located in the sought-after North Harbour and set in a prestigious development.

The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard throughout to provide a wonderful holiday apartment.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be split into two single beds.

Both bedrooms have excellent mattresses and good quality storage to give you a great night's sleep.

The separate immaculate kitchen is very well equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, grill, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

The lounge-diner is tastefully decorated with a huge sofa and comfy chair, formal dining for up to four guests, a large multi-channel TV and a delightful fire-effect central feature.

Patio doors leads out onto a large balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking the inner quay of the marina.

The walk to the cafes and restaurants is literally a few minutes around the water's edge.

WiFi as well as towels and linen are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels). The heating is fully controllable and super quick should temperatures dip and there is lashings of hot water.

There is an allocated parking space in the gated car park (suitable for a medium sized car) plus additional visitor spaces at the front of the building with a lift available from the ground floor so handy for those with restricted mobility.

Just behind the nearby Waterfront, the Sovereign Harbour retail area includes an Asda supermarket, Boots pharmacy, TK Maxx, Next and various other stores. Eastbourne town centre, with its theatres, art gallery and wider selection of restaurants, is around four miles away – a short drive or a very pleasant stroll along the seafront promenade.

Pevensey is nearby, with Pevensey Castle a must-see, plus there are many historic sites nearby such as Leeds Castle and Bodium Castle.

Nature lovers will love the walks along the beach and the big skies :)

Fantastic place!
Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Apartment was spotless, nicely equipped and in a perfect location in Sovereign Harbour. Will definitely book again next time we return.

Good accommodation let down by balcony
The accommodation was clean and comfortable.all the equipment you would require a nice apartment. However the main attraction of the flat was the balcony overlooking harbour This we could not use due to the pigion mess To be fair when we complained you did attempt a clean. However it would have required an industrial karcher to remove the grime. This did not remedy the problem because of the pigeon muck filtering through from the balcony above. This totally overshadowed the charm of apartment and spoilt the stay. This concern needs to be remedied. Not pleasant and impossible to use balcony.

In general, the apartment was clean and pleasant. The surrounding areas were very enjoyable. Visitor parking was on the edge and would have been a problem if we had returned late in the afternoon or evening. The hob had been badly looked after, was dirty on arrival and there was no proprietary cleaner to use. The netting fitted on the balcony was inadequate to stop the pigeons. The pigeons were constantly getting on to the balcony and fowling the table and decking.

Pacific Heights Harbour View
Very impressed with the property. The kitchen was well stocked- although I'd remove the door for more space! Very clean all through and would recommend the property. Lovely view of the harbour and handy for the shops. Nice walk into Eastbourne took just over an hour.
