This 2 Story Lake House is a Large Group Vacationers Dream Featuring 6 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms (each Bedroom Has Own Bath). 2 Full Length 48 Foot Wide Decks (that's 1000 Additional Sq Ft of Living Space for Your Enjoyment) All With Beautiful Lake and Mountain Views. Large Main Kitchen, Laundry Room with washer and 2 dryers. 2 Story Dock With Covered Slip, Dock Furniture and a Slide! Plenty of Parking. Free Internet and Long Distance and complimentary utility vehicle! (likely not available during winter/spring)
The main floor features fireplace, luxury plank flooring, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers, double wall oven and 2 large stainless refrigerators and built in ice maker. For dining you’ll have 2, 8 seat dining tables and a large island/bar that seats 6. The large full house length covered deck overlooking the lake has 1 large dining table, chairs, a conversation seating set and a large sized gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor each with a king bed that allow for anyone with issues negotiating stairs to be able to join in the fun.

The second floor features a family room with large screen TV and couches. One bedroom has a queen, Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds and twin bunks as well. The fourth bedroom has 2 full/full bunk beds with one having a twin trundle. Walk out to the large covered full deck with ping pong table and access to the hot tub and fire pit. A laundry facility is also on this level.

The covered deck on this level features a lighted hot tub and additional seating.
This is a non smoking home.

Great house for large group
The house was perfect for our family reunion of 20 people. There was a place for all of us to sit and eat meals together and the kitchen, with the double fridge and double oven, allowed us to cook large meals easily. We enjoyed the quiet location, the fire pit, the kayaks on the dock, and the hot tub. In the summer, there would be even more to do in the water. The house was clean and the hosts communicated well.

Perfect for large families
We had around 20 people staying at Comfort Life where we had a Family Reunion Thanksgiving. We ordered prepared holiday meals from Food City (20 min. drive), and everything we needed for our meals and to heat up our meals was provided in CL's kitchen. Having 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators was such a blessing! We also loved how each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The cornhole and hot tub and grill were wonderful to use too. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't supplied. We did have to go grab more toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher packets, but that's normal for VRBO stays. There was plenty of room to stretch out and relax without feeling cramped. And, plenty of seats for all of us at the dining room table/island area. It's a great place for a large family getaway.

Great Lake weekend getaway
House is as advertised and all the amenities are great. Golf cart is clutch if you have younger travelers because it is a bit ways down the stairs to the dock. Had the best time swimming and jumping off the upper deck of the platform. Great spot.

Great family get-away
This house was a perfect location for our family to enjoy our first lake trip as a group. Having enough bathrooms, large open main floor plan and a dock the children can play all day on. We will cherish these memories forever!

It has been a long time goal to own a lakehouse in this beautiful area. Of all the places we have been in this world coming to our lakehouse is one of our favorites and most looked forward to. Lake life really is best!

This property is perfectly designed to serve multiple families that like to vacation together. You can do so easily with the various living and entertainment areas. The double dock will be one of the highlights of your stay. Swim by day, sit under the stars on the dock or eat S'mores by the firepit.
