Located 500m from the beach of the Alemães also call Forte de São João, in one of the most prestigious areas of Albufeira. Access to the beach is made with the greatest of facilities, given the proximity.
The great advantages of this villa are mainly its location, functional requirements and comfort.
Also note the fact that they are close to all the services that are inherent in an excellent holiday, with beach, restaurants, bars, snack, laundry and all the services of first necessity you also can by all the tickets and transports to Aquashow or Zoomarine, nearby.

Worst VRBO, we have ever stayed at!
Definitely not for international travelers. We arrived to No: toilet paper, (one roll), no dish soap, no hand soap, no laundry detergent no dishwasher soap no dish cloth no dish towel. Not even salt and pepper. We had to buy everything. We had a broom but no dustpan and no cleaning products beds were incredibly hard. Not comfortable at all, we had very hot weather during our stay only to discover the condo had no AC, so we had to leave the windows open. Unfortunately, they had no screens. Mosquito invasion occurred making nighttime sleep unbearable. No fan to move the hot air around. Then we were double charged for the week by the leasing company. VRBO only charged us their service fee and left the billing up to a local company. We had a horrendous time getting the charges reversed. It likely would not have been noticed until our credit card company notified us. It became quite stressful when the property manager said it was actually my fault! Would not recommend to my friends or others.

Essentials Missing
We were very disappointed to find there was NO TOILET PAPER, no soap in the bathrooms, no dishwashing pellets, for the dishwasher, no liquid soap to wash dishes with, and no dish clothes or pot scrubbers. It was in the 90s and the condo did not have air-conditioning. It did cool off at night, but there were no screens anywhere. We opened the windows, but then were bothered by mosquitoes all night long.

Casa confortável e bem localizada
Casa super confortável e em excelente localização, onde se tem tudo a poucos passos de casa. Extremamente limpa e com tudo o que é necessário para quem vai de férias para uma “casa”. Fomos com nossos cães, onde também tinham jardim privado para estarem! O David nos passou dicas valiosas! Experiência a repetir com certeza!

Great apartment in Albufeira
Really enjoyed our stay, great host, good location. Very clean apartment and looks even better than the pictures. Lovely to have the pool and beach 10-15 minutes walk away. Really enjoyed our stay
