This classic 1920’s home has plenty of charm with modern amenities. Stainless steel appliances, 70" TV, washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen provide all the features of home.
The 3 bedrooms are cozy but offer plenty of sleeping space for a large family or several couples. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a plush feather down comforter. The other bedrooms each have double beds. There is an air mattress with extra set of sheets that can be set up in the living room. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets provided.
Fully equipped kitchen includes a nespresso espresso machine, Keurig coffee maker (pot and k-cup pods), stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator / freezer, pots, pans, knives, cookware, measuring cups, utensils, all available for use.
In addition to the lovely home, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful neighborhood featuring a wonderful mix of original homes and incredible new homes. The house sits just one block from Notre Dame Avenue which leads straight to campus and the Golden Dome. Enjoy a short 5 minute stroll to Trader Joe’s for groceries, or a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops at Eddy Street Commons including an ND Bookstore and Starbucks.
The large driveway has room for 4 or 5 cars and there is plenty of street parking on St. Peter Street and the north side of Corby Blvd.
