This beautiful and modernly designed holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in the small village of Stöcklweingarten in the municipality of Treffen in Carinthia, near the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area and offers a beautiful view of Lake Ossiach.
The holiday apartment has a large living room, an open fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony with a view of Lake Ossiach, two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Due to its hillside location on a mountain, this holiday apartment, which is located on the first floor, also offers a garden. You can park directly in the carport and there is also a storage room for skis.
Stöcklweingarten is part of the municipality of Treffen am Ossiacher See and is located at the transition from the region valley to the Villach basin and offers two hiking paradises in the heart of Carinthia: the Gerlitzen Alpe adventure mountain and the Verditz.
Due to its fantastic location near Lake Ossiach, Stöcklweingarten is an ideal summer destination. The lake is a few minutes' walk from the house and there are several beaches in the area. From the balcony there is a wonderful view over the lake. Due to the location, excursions to Italy and Slovenia are also possible
The location is perfect even in winter! Only 2500 meters from the Kanzelbahn gondola to the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with almost 70 kilometers of slopes, you can quickly reach the beautiful ski slopes of Carinthia.
Directly in Treffen and the surrounding area there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
