This three bedroom is on the fourth floor but with the elevator very close it was no problem. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. There was lots of room for the 7 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of dishes etc. We only wished there was an additional cutting board. We did take advanatage of a full kitchen to have some home cooked meals. Any questions I had, Matt replied to very quickly. The property is centrally located and the views of the ocean shown in the photos were the beautiful views we woke up to daily. If I were to suggest any updates it would be deck furniture. We found we often brought out a kitchen chair for morning coffee. We had a great dinner at cafe o'lei as well as paia fish market in Kihei. We had a fabulous time. Love keawakapu beach which is a just a beach over from kamaole 3. Snorkel rentals were very affordable from the concierge at the pool.

Everything went well through the entire process. The condo is situated in the middle of the community with ocean views on one side, Mt. Haleakala on the other. Kam 3 beach park is across the street while a little grocery is around a mile down the street. We all liked the unit and are planning a return trip this same time in 2018.

Vacationing with daughter, husband, two grandsons and daughter’s in laws required just the right place and we found it! The main floor bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. With two bathrooms on that floor, everyone could spread out and feel at home. The twin beds in the loft were comfortable and the bathroom up there was large and convenient. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable for the teenager but. might not be for a larger adult. The condo was convenient to the elevator and the view from the lanai was amazing. Sunsets over the ocean every night. The only drawback was that the air conditioners vented to the lanai, making it too hot to sit out there if they were on. But that wasn’t a problem in the mornings or evenings. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with what you would generally use to fix a meal, including a coffee maker. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more!! I would definitely recommend.
