If you're ready for a relaxing vacation home right on the water, this is the place for you. It is the perfect setup for families Enjoy the main level kitchen and family room with additional game room/living room in the lower level. Master suite set away from the rest of the house plus two bedrooms and full bath on each of the main and lower levels. Full dining room right off the gourmet kitchen, plus eat-in bar. One deck off the main floor with gas grill and patio set plus lower level walks out to the other of the two large decks. With over 3700 sq ft, the house is very spacious.
The gentle slope to the water leads to almost 100 ft of water front with a two-well dock, one of which is available for use for your boat or PWC. Plus a large swim platform and "swim steps" which make getting in and out of the water easy for all ages. Crappie beds near the dock help to ensure a great fishing experience. If you're a boater, the deep cove is a great place to tube or water ski and gives access to the main channel.
The house was completely remodeled in 2009 so feels "like new". Plenty of parking and a nearby boat ramp if you have your own boat. Or boat, pwc rentals are nearby at Alhonna resort or H. Toads.
Defintely worth the the trip-I can recommend nearby attractions if youre interested.

Great Location, excellent stay
Lots of room to spread out with a huge dock to swim off of, dock a boat, and catch fish. What else could you want? AC is strong (it was over 100 every day we were their) and the owner was quick to answer to any questions or issues we ran into. Thanks again!

Family Vacation
We are a large family of seven so we're always challenged when it comes to find a place that will meet our needs. This house was by far one of the best homes we've ever stayed in on VRBO. The owners were a delight to work with. The house was exactly as was described in the online description. Overall it was an amazing success and I would gladly stay here again. You cannot beat the location as it is just a short drive from the bagnell dam strip and the rest of the major attractions of the ozarks. The cove is quiet, as is the neighborhood.

Fantastic Vacation
The house was wonderful; lovely, clean, plenty of room for the 10 of us & it's location both by land & water was great. Close to shops, restaurants, the Dam... It is located in a quiet cove; we had a wonderful time swimming, fishing & just relaxing from the dock. Angie was great to work with, very friendly & answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location!
We came the Ozarks for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary and had a party of 10 people. This house met all of our needs! It had plenty of beds and living space and plenty of room to cook! The boat dock was awesome and there was room for us to park both our pontoon and small fishing boat. The house was in a great location as it was an easy boat ride to many restaurants and the cove itself was quiet. The owner was VERY responsive and answered any questions or needs we had immediately. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again.
