Wonderful stay
A wonderful and peaceful place to stay while visiting Caerleon. An easy 20 minute walk into town where there were several good places to eat. Our view onto the orchard was just the thing we needed at the end of our busy days. Frank and Alison were very helpful with information about local places to go and see. Thanks so much...

We completed the Cost Path
We are walking the last section of the coast path so the property was ideal for this. The property was very clean and met all our needs. There isn’t a full oven and hob but the microwave two tins and mini oven were fine. Hosts were very friendly and helpful

Peaceful and relaxing. Easy access to other areas
Frank and Alison are excellent hosts. We enjoyed many conversations with them. Alison even drove us to the nearest train station to save us parking. It was very much appreciated. Overall a lovely stay

Bank Holiday Weekend
Hosts were welcoming and the location is beautiful. The accomodation is built onto the owner's garage. You have your own, pirate themed decking area where your view is restricted by life-size pirate statues. From here you can smell the damp aroma of the room where you will be living and sleeping. Beds and furniture are damp. Clothes soon become cold and damp especially pyjamas when lying in the damp beds. Large bathroom, make sure you run the sink hot tap for 5 minutes to receive hot water in the shower. Galley kitchen is small and too cramped to cook in. No cooker, rather a 2 ring 'belling' style set up and a microwave. Beware of a number of loose floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. We were unable to stay for the duration of the booking as the damp adversley affected our health. NO refund or compensation given! Owners in denial!!!
