This peaceful detached cottage is situated near the Devon village of Dalwood and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Little Evanses is a peaceful detached timber-clad cottage on a smallholding on the edge of the Devon village of Dalwood with great views. The cottage sleeps four people in a downstairs twin bedroom with en suite shower room and an upstairs double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. With a half mile footpath to the village pub and shop, Little Evanses is an excellent base for a break in Devon.
