About this property

The Trailhead | Beautifully Furnished Modern Condo In Downtown Winter Park

A Modern Mountain Retreat. Large Master bedroom with a king bed. Small second bedroom with a queen bed. Living room has a custom pull out queen sleeper sofa bed. Sleeps a total of Six. We also maintain a twin blowup mattress. Play and Pack crib and a high chair are also supplied.
In floor radiant heat along with the living room fireplace keep you warm and comfortable. Ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms for excellent air flow.
300 feet from the Trailhead Clubhouse with year round heated swimming pool and over-sized hot tub. Pool table, exercise room, outdoor grills and fire pit. Bus stop is located directly across the street from Hideaway Park, one block from the condo. In the winter season the bus runs every 20 minutes to and from the ski area. 2.5 miles takes 8 minutes by bus. Right next to the condo is Hideaway Park. Offering snow sledding, skate board park, play ground and new amphitheater for year round music festivals, movies and more.

Updated housekeeping procedures in these uncertain times;
Our housekeeping staff will air out the condo after each guest stay. All linens will be washed with the hottest water setting. All counters, appliances, cabinets, doors, furniture and remote controls will be cleaned with Odo-ban, which kills 99.99% of all germs. Floors will also be steamed with water and Odo-ban.
All throw pillows will be switched out for each new guest.
Clorox wipes and spray Odo-ban will be available in the condo for guest use.
As always, check in and out requires no interaction with personnel. Key code given to each guest.

Winter park
The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance to most everything you need. Down hill and x-country skiing was exceptional, the hot tub and heated pool was used daily. Roger was very quick to respond and made our trip enjoyable. The were even dog toys for our pet.

Great Home Base for a Ski Trip
We had a great stay at Roger’s Trailhead unit. Getting to and from it was simple. We loved that the unit was on the second floor and we could sleep with the patio door cracked to get some cool air in after enjoying the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the pool towels on hand—which saved us valuable packing space. We also loved being able to see the pool and hot tub from the unit, which made it very easy to decide when we should head down! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I am in the Hotel and Real Estate business in Colorado and Alabama. My wife and I grew up in Aspen and two of our three children were born there. This is the third property we have owned in Winter Park. We try to use our getaway with kids and grandkids on a weekly basis.

Why they chose this property

Winter Park is the easiest access from our main home in Denver. The ski area is one of our favorites in Colorado. The location of Trailhead Lodges is great for easy walking to all restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Summer concerts are located across the street at Hideaway Park and Copper Street Mall.
The years under heated swimming pool and hot tub are great. Ski area bus pick up and drop off is right across the street.

What makes this property unique

The location is superb. Within walking distance to 14 Restaurants and bars along with numerous shops and a liquor store. The ski area bus runs all year and the pick up and drop off is 400 yards from our front door. Frasier Trail bike path runs through our complex to access mountain trails for biking and hiking. We are adjacent to Hideaway Park for summer concerts and skating and winter sledding.
