3 houses off of the 14th street beach, this home boasts a giant family room, fully equipped kitchen, and a roof deck with an ocean view! It sleeps 12 comfortably in it's 5 freshly painted bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (2 of which were completely remodeled). Relax and unwind with a fenced in back yard, two additional front porches with beach views, and walking distance to numerous eateries and shops. Grill and beach tags provided. (All group rentals must be age 25 or older)

Best stay yet!
We are frequent renters on Brigantine and this was by far the best stay yet! Location cannot be beat and home was spacious enough for our large family! Pictures do not do justice. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be looking to repeat our stay next year!

Great House. Plenty of space.
This property is bigger than it looks in the pictures. There are two living areas both with TV’s. We had three families of four at this property and never felt cramped or on top of each other. The locations is fantastic with the beach being less than a minute away. It is a straight walk from the front porch to the beach access less than half a block down the street. You can see the ocean from the rooftop deck.
