LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
My husband, myself, my cousin, and my little dog stayed at this property for 3 weeks September - October, 2022. The location could not be better. We had no car. We were able to walk everywhere because the apartment is perfectly, centrally located -- a huge plus. The apartment itself is very nice with 2 big bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. I booked the property for 2 adults. Later, I invited my cousin to join us. The listing states: "you will have at your disposal the entire 80 square meter apartment for 5 people for the price of a two-room apartment...." Four months prior to our arrival, I let the owner know there would be 3 adults. She responded there would be an extra charge, and we would settle when we arrived. I assumed the extra charge would be no more than 10%, as would be customary in the U.S. The day prior to our arrival, she informed me the extra charge would be 500 euros -- 33% additional charge. Although I highly recommend this property, make sure you have confirmed the total cost well in advance of your arrival. Also, you should know that the location is very noisy. Noise does not bother me. The location is perfect. However, because it is so central there are sirens, motorcycles, etc. Just be aware of this before you decide on this property. Mercede seems very nice, but she speaks no English so unfortunately we could not communicate.
