Very clean & sanitized. On the last canal that leads out to the Weeki Wachee River or direct access 5 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. No worries parking your 30ft + boat on your own dock . And get out on any tide. This spot has something for everyone....Close access to ideal fishing spots, fishing off the seawall, snorkeling for scallops, enjoying a beautiful sunset or even do some dancing on the huge deck. The amenities are sleeps 4, central AC, boat dock, Indoor/outdoor bathroom, and deck. k
Kitchen with everything you need, living area, master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom. has a queen size bed. The property is very clean inside and out. The use of kayaks are included with the rental. This location is perfect if you want to do it all or do nothing at all, don't wait to reserve, this is a one of a kind vacation spot. Activities offered in the area: Kayak around the island, or Kayak down the 12 mile Weeki Wachee River. Manatee viewing, bike trails, boat rentals, shopping and a wide selection of restaurants. We recommend the Pizza Nazi-Great food and always go for the large pizza pie and delivers. Contact owner for monthly discount.

Peaceful Serenity
We had some setbacks with our trip and the hosts were very responsive and willing to work with us no matter what curveball we threw at them. The outside space of the property is absolutely gorgeous and where we spent most of our time. Looking forward to renting from the owners again!
