Quiet, in a residential development, overlooking a large wooded plot (not accessible), 3.5 km from the beaches of Porticcio, 10 min. from the airport and 15 from the center of Ajaccio.

Terraced house F5 (a common angle with that of the owner) of 110 m² living space on 2 levels, for 6 to 10 people.

- on the ground floor: large living room with mezzanine (two 90 cm beds in the mezzanine plus a 140 cm "BZ" type sofa in the living room), dining room, large kitchen, laundry room, separate WC

- upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, one with 2 single beds), bathroom with WC.

- large terrace with garden furniture, maquis and sea view (on the Sanguinaires).

- Equipment: gas hob, pyrolysis electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, mobile air conditioner ...

Close to the Ajaccio - Corté and Ajaccio - Boniffacio axes, it is ideally located to take advantage of the beaches and coves of the southern shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, or to explore Corsica.

Prices (per week, from Saturday to Saturday): 700 to 1100 €. 10% discount for the second consecutive week.

Optional services:
- supply of sheets and towels for 10 € per person.

Note on location: the house is not located at the symbol indicated on the map. It is a little further north, a little before Porticcio when you arrive from Ajaccio.
