Old farmhouse in Le Marche located in a private estate with view on the countryside surrounding the ancient town of Osimo. This newly restored property offers comfortable accommodation for families or couples. It is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace. A sofa bed for two is also availabe in the living room.
The furnishings are pleasant, in a traditional Italian style, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. This property has all the comforts of a modern home. The surrounding grounds are well kept and include the possibility of outside dining .

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten
Sehr freundliche Vermieter und ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Eine Heizungspanne wurde schnell behoben. Gute Tipps für Besuche in die Umgebung.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage.
Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge ans Meer und in die nähere Umgebung. Allerdings in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße, was uns aber nicht soviel ausgemacht hat. Viel Platz auf dem Grundstück, großer Garten und auf der Terrasse kann man schön draußen sitzen.

Прекрасный дом!
Отдыхали в этом чудесном доме в июле 2019. Путешествовали на машине. Пляж в 10 км, зато какой - Spiaggia Urbani, пляж великолепной красоты! Есть ещё пляж в Нумана - тоже прекрасный. Сам дом замечательный, все сделано с любовью и со вкусом. Терраса/поляна перед домом открывает потрясающие виды! Очень приятные хозяева. По поводу шума от дороги - машины немного слышно, но цикады намного громче. Для нас это не было проблемой. Насчёт человека, проживающего на втором этаже: у него отдельный вход, его особо нет дома, он не пользуется террасой на первом этаже и вообще его не видно если честно)))) Ощущение, что живешь в своём доме. В доме есть все: помимо основного, капучинатор , френчпресс, зонт для пляжа, игрушки и книжки для детей, детская кроватка и многое другое. Продумала каждая мелочь. Есть магазин в пешей доступности. Единственным минусом были комары, но в доме есть фумигаторы, свечи, спрей. От души рекомендуем, особенно для отдыха с детьми)))

Mooie,gezellige woning,,ruime woonkamer.
Heel comfortabele woning, inrichting prima,uitzicht op vallei, grote tuin . Jammer dat het lawaai van het verkeer zo goed te horen is.

The magnificent beaches of Numana, Sirolo and Portonovo (with activities including water sports like sailing and wind surfing for children and adults) and an 18 hole golf course at Sirolo are at 15 Km. Local attractions include also various walks in the Regional Park of Monte Conero that can be taken to enjoy the rich flora and fauna and the beautiful view.. Historical towns like Ancona, Recanati, Loreto, Offagna are easily reachable in about 15 - 20 minutes.
