Enjoy the long summer evenings relaxing in the mature front or rear gardens.Ground floor: Entrance via conservatory with informal seating. Patio doors leading into Lounge: with TV and DVD player. Separate dining room. Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. WC and wash basin. Cupboard with washing machine.First floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room with wash basin. 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: lawned rear garden. Also small paved area to front with seating. WiFi. Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Stairgate. Pets welcome @ £20.00 per pet per week. Great Christmas
The house was in a great position to explore Sheringham, Although the place slept 5 we felt the down stairs was a bit cramped for 5 adults , this could be due to there being more sofas than was really needed. The freezer wasn’t working when we arrived and due to it being Christmas and the office being shut , this wasn’t resolved which unfortunately meant some of our food went to waste (we had pre orders delivery) these issues aside we had a great break away thank you
