Modern spacious apartment within Haswell village, home of the world's first coal mine as we know it, being the first in the world with a steel cable down its mine shaft. Six miles from Durham and 3 miles from the Durham Heritage Coast it has 2 double bedrooms one with double bed, one with a single bed, plus Ikea sofa bed (FULL SIZE DOUBLE) in lounge that can comfortably accommodate 2 extra guests. Open plan lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, hallway, bathroom with over bath shower. There is a dedicated parking slot, bay 6. We can provide a travel cot if required
