Our property has two structures, the main house which has 3BRD & 3 Bathrooms and another structure which has two additional suites. One suite is above, and one suite is below a two-car garage. Both structures are conveniently connected by a deck off the dining room of the main house. Renting the entire property (both structures) combines a total of 5BRD & 5 bathrooms.

All bedrooms offer high privacy and are very well separated either by an entire floor or at opposite ends of the house. You can rent either the main house, which has 3BRD & 3 Bathrooms for $550 per night (700 starting June1, 2024), OR you can rent the main house 3 BRD & 3 Bathrooms plus an additional master suite below the garage which is conveniently connected to the main house by an exterior deck off the dining room for a total of 4 BRD & 4 bathrooms for $650 per night (800 starting June1, 2024) , OR rent the main house 3 BRD & 3 Bathrooms + the lower master suite below the garage + another master suite above the garage also accessible from the deck of the main house for a total of 5 BRD & 5 Bathrooms for $750 per night (900 starting June1, 2024)

4 bedrooms/4 baths = 11 persons sleeping in beds = $650/night + 575 cleaning

Ski House
Perfect big house for our large group ski trip. We loved the ability to adjust the # of rooms to our group size - it really is what influenced us to pick this property. Kitchen is very well-stocked which made group dinners easy and fun, we loved the great big kitchen table. E Laure was very pleasant to work with and went out of her way to explain things during the payment and check-in process.

Great location - quiet but close to the slopes and stores
We had a fun time in this property! The living room filled with large windows gave a very nice view to the snow scape! The outdoor hot tub was a nice touch with a nice view! BBQ grill is conveniently located on the deck right next to the ktichen and dinning room which made it extra convenient to cook and serve. Besides the tedious process of turning off and unhooking the bear wires everytime we go outside, the overall experience of the stay was very nice!

Forest, mountain or beach? Boating, skiing, hiking or biking? No more difficult choices, Tahoe fulfills all. Our family is quite active, and in Tahoe, there is always something to do, to hike, a new beach to relax at, a new concert in town, a unique sunset to photograph.

Why they chose this property

Our house is ideally located, so close to town but far enough to be quiet, within walking distance and with filtered views of the lake, it has private beach access. Walking distance from the forest and the Tahoe meadow as well. 7 minutes from Homewood to park and ski with no traffic jam and crazy parking nightmare. 15 minutes from beautiful Emerald Bay and its turquoise water. Also, our house has 4 master bedrooms, and since we love to share the best with our friends, it is a perfect layout to accommodate everyone: families with little kids waking up early in the AM, teenagers who want to sleep in, grand-parents who wants a quiet nap after lunch. The big plus for us was the garden that is not only large but also fenced entirely as we have a huge and a little dog and plenty of children visiting.
