Very nice property.
Very nice property. The couch could use a cleaning or be replace. Friendly staff. I did have issues with my parking spot. Someone parked in it and I went to desk 2 days in a row trying to get the car moved. It was memorial day weekend and parking was hard to find. Other than that it was perfect.

Our weeks vacation had No Air condition
The day we got there, before we walked in the door, they called us and said someone would be there to fix it that evening. No one ever showed up so I called and let them know. The next morning I called and spoke to weekend emergency staff and he got someone there to work on the unit. It worked for five mins after the guy left. We tried to tough it out but we had five kids in there and four adults. It was too hot! No one did a follow up to check on us or to make sure it was fixed. Needless to say, we were disappointed in the customer service and the staff. In 90 degree weather with the price we paid, Turquiose could have done better. I have been coming to Gulf Shores for many years and this was the first time I was disappointed in the place I have stayed.

Needs update
Property needs a better-equipped kitchen and decor very dated in my opinion. The outside patio could use comfortable seating since it is all about the view anyway!

To be honest there are much better units to rent at Turquoise Place. This unit needs updating. Would not rent this unit again.

Check-in instructions are e-mailed 2 days prior to your arrival with door code for entry.
Important: Guest must be 25 years of age to rent - ID must be shown at front desk for keys to be released. Aquatics will be entering the unit every three days to perform cleaning and chemical balancing of the hot tub. We cannot guarantee the hot tub will be in use for any stay. If the hot tub cannot be used the Aquatics team will close and secure the tub and a note will be placed saying it is out of service for your safety.
No vehicles taller than 6 foot 8 inches will fit in the parking garage.
