Additional information about rental rates

La caution, non encaissée, sera restituée sous 15 jours si l'appartement est en bon état de propreté au départ du locataire et si aucune dégradation n'est constatée sur l'état des lieux. Le nettoyage des locaux est à la charge du locataire pendant le séjour. Le linge n'est pas fourni mais peut être loué sur place.

Les arrhes (30% du montant de la location) seront versés à la signature du contrat de location et encaissés dés réception. Le solde devra être réglé au plus tard 15 jours avant l'arrivée ainsi que la caution (800€)
