Relax on our large balcony directly on the ocean and enjoy your time on the Emerald Coast. Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country!

Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, newly painted, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenities you could dream of for your time on the coast. ! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a new queen Cozy Mattress® Sleeper Sofa, and two built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Plenty of room for 6 people!

The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment!

From your spacious 17th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools--one zero entry/splash kids zone. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of beach activities in the sun, grill some delicious seafood and steaks on one of the many free gas grills just a few steps from your balcony. You can also unwind in the beachfront hot tub while the kids enjoy pizza or fun in the resort arcade. New EV Charging stations and Pickleball courts.

Spring Break Bliss
This beach front condo was everything we could ask for. It was comfortable and clean, well-stocked with all the essentials. The pull-out sofa was extremely comfortable for my teen who has outgrown the bunk bed. We had a perfect week with perfect weather. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Quick Getaway
Condo, weather, and water were great. Definitely will stay there again. It was the clearest I've ever seen the Destin water. Not a spot of algae or seaweed. Neck deep, could still see my feet. Young fellow at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

This is truly a resort with all the amenities of home. One of the very few condos on the beach that have a onsite tiki bar with mixed drinks, food, and a cafe. Walkout to the beach, enjoy the sun deck, 5 BBQ Gas Grills, adjacent 3 pools, and 2 hot tubs. New zero entry pool with kids splash zone. The resort is located within minutes of the Destin Boardwalk with ample restaurants, shopping, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, and games.

What makes this property unique

Views galore, watch the dolphins swim while enjoying your breakfast on your ocean balcony. Close to Destin Commons, Hard Rock Cafe, Back Porch, and across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park.
