Casa Gianca - Giada apartment

With an independent entrance from via Tabarka, the Giada Apartment is on the first floor of Casa Gianca, reachable via a typical 20-step tabarkina staircase. Gracious, welcoming and bright, the 60 sqm apartment, renovated with quality materials, is fully furnished and equipped with free Wi-Fi.

The large living area is composed of:
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with electric oven, induction hob, large fridge, freezer and washing machine
Living room with balcony, sofa and 37 inch LCD TV

The sleeping area is composed of:
double bedroom with balcony
bedroom with bunk bed
bathroom with window, with bidet, shower 70x80 cm, hairdryer

At guests' disposal linens for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
Upon request cot and high chair for children, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

In order to avoid unnecessary energy waste and in respect of the island environment, guests are required to operate the air conditioning system only when they are inside the apartment.

Un ottimo soggiorno!
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di usufruire dell'ospitalità di Casa Gianca per una piccola sosta a Carloforte. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con gusto e collocata nelle vicinanze del porto, in zona strategica, ma tranquilla. L'ospitalità e l'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata ottima. La consiglio sia a coppie che a famiglie con bambini (come noi). Se torneremo a Carloforte, sarà un piacere poter essere ospitati nuovamente dai proprietari.

Vacanza unica e appartamento ottimo.
L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione infatti ben curato nei dettagli con arredo di qualità e parquet in tutte le stanze in più aggiungi tv, frigorifero, Wifi, Lavatrice e cosa fondamentale la pulizia davvero ottima. Situato in ottima posizione di Carloforte dove con pochi passi si possono raggiungere i vari ed ottimi ristoranti del paese. Per chi è interessato a vivere le sue vacanze a carloforte questi appartamenti sono il luogo ideale per vivere davvero una vacanza da ricordare.
