COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and hand towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.You will be required to bring your own bath towels, hand towels will be prepared for you prior to arrival. If you decide to book the apartment for longer than one week, cleaning and linen changes will be provided on a weekly basis.
The property itself stands in a peaceful walled garden where guests are welcome to make use of the garden furniture provided. Dating from 1891, it started as a stable and carriage house serving local horse drawn conveyances. In the Thirties the main house was extended to accommodate a thriving ballet school. In 1977 it was converted into self-catering holiday apartments perfectly equipped for short breaks on the South Coast. Private parking is available within the grounds. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Bournemouth's Blue Flag beaches and the local amenities of Bournemouth Centre. Complimentary WIFI.

Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £175.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are refunded within 5 days after your departure. It will take 5-7 working days to clear back into your account (time dependable on your bank)
