Near the beach and shops, charming Vendee house completely renovated in 2012 including: 1 living room (sofa, 2 armchairs, table and 6 chairs), 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160 and 2nd 2 90 bunk beds + 1 bed 140) and a bathroom with washing machine.
All on a fenced 400m², facing south, with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.


SION ON THE OCEAN small village Vendée, the forest, the dunes, the beach, the rocks and the cornice.
Bike path across the ocean, forest and hiking trails nearby.
Near the port of St Gilles Croix de Vie and the Corniche Vendeen (departure boats for the Island of Yeu)

Maison très agréable,très bien équipée,très bons matelas , grande baie vitrée sur un jardin clôturé idéal pour les chiens. A 5 mns de la mer a pieds et très proche du centre ville pour le marché. Manque juste un lave vaisselle pour la maison de vacances idéale 😉
