3 Bedroom Villa with New Swimming Pool on 5 Star Resort

3 Bedroom Villa on the stunning 5 Star Mar Menor Golf Resort. The house was refurbished in 2017, and a new swimming pool has just been installed for 2018.

The villa is fully furnished, with a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Indoors it comes complete with 43" Smart TV and complementary WiFi. All kitchen fittings and white goods are new as of 2017. Guests have the option of eating indoors or outdoors, with adequate seating and dining tables inside and out. By the pool we have sun loungers and a new Gas BBQ on the terrace.

The three bedrooms are made up of a double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms. Should you need some extra sleeping room, the sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable large bed also.

The resort hosts one of the six Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Courses in the area, with restaurants, bars and a supermarket on location, plus additional restaurants and bars on the Boulevard, within walking distance from the villa. The resort also boasts excellent facilities to keep the kids busy, with facilities for Tennis, Football, Swimming etc all on the resort.

Beautiful Villa
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The pool was fantastic, with a shallow area and pool fence perfect for little ones. The owner Ronan was very helpful and accommodating. The resort is great, has everything needed for a family holiday.

Great stay
We had a lovely stay at Ronan’s villa. We’d been to the area before but not stayed at Mar Menor Golf, which is a lovely complex. The villa was a great size and had all needed for a comfortable stay. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The pool area was excellent and the children loved being in there. We did go to the main pool on the complex a few times, which was lovely too. We had a car to go to a large supermarket, but the Spar on site was very well stocked and prices were reasonable for a large golf resort. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk from the Boulevard, which has some lovely restaurants and a couple of bars. We had two meals at the main hotel which were nice but a little over priced. The children enjoyed the kids club of an evening. We also played mini golf on the resort which our daughter enjoyed. We got taxis into Los Alcazares, which the property manager kindly arranged for us. It was €15 there and €20 return, would definitely recommend doing this a few times as the town is lovely and there are great places to eat and drink. There is also a fair for the children from 9pm. We had a lovely stay and would come again in future.

Fantastic holiday! The host Ronan couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful if he'd tried as we had had problems with our flights going out and coming home. Plus he kept us well informed about a problem with one of the bathrooms prior to our arrival. Lovely little welcome pack on arrival, much appreciated after not getting to villa until 5am 😴 The villa was really clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for the stay. Bedrooms we're nice and spacious and the beds were xomfy. The pool was great too - our kids pretty much lived in it the whole time we were there. Would definitely come back, the resort itself was really nice and very well maintained and close to a lovely little town Los Alcazares. All in all, a great time had by all ☺️

Two weeks in Mar Menor Golf Resort
Very nice villa with small private but adequate pool. Lounge is compact though most time was spent outside. Outside area messy with items strewn across the garden ie inflatable and three balls lying in the plant area along with a garden pole. Outside lock up area displayed a presence of numerous rodent activity although we never saw any mice. All sun Loungers were totally inadequate. Two immediately ripped on sitting down and the other four were stained, dirty and weather damaged. When reported all 6 beds were replaced the following day. The downstairs toilet was not fit for purpose as it was unstable and the cistern leaked on the floor continually. Overall our stay was enjoyable however had the villa been fully checked prior to our arrival the above issues could well have been resolved resolved.
