The house is situated between the Manoir de Kerazan and the Domaine du Dourdy, in a refined, green and calm environment, a few steps from the white sandy beaches, the Pont l'Abbé Riviera and along the GR34 (hiking path).

The peculiarity of the place offers, even in the immediate vicinity of the house, the possibility of magnificent walks to discover woods, migratory birds, islands and peninsulas, castles, white sands and crystal clear sea, all under a changing sky like the tides, which here reach a width of 6 m.
