We would like to invite you to visit our charming two bedroom apartment in a modern building in the heart of the Old Town. The location seems ideal for tourists who can explore the magic of the Main Square or Kazimierz (15 minutes by foot). In the 15-minute walk you can access to the Bulwary Wiśalne and walk along the river admiring the Wawel Castle. It's situated just next to the Main Railway Station. Also people who are on business trips could find that flat comfortable due to good sound insulation. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and consists of two independent bedrooms. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with living room and bathroom. In the living room you can find some maps and information books about Cracow. You don't have to worry about towels, soap, sheets, etc. All necessary things will be waiting for you, so all you need to do is to relax and enjoy your stay. We also have a crib for a little baby in case. Air condition available in each room.

Great location in Krakow in Modern apt.
Great location. Lights in bedroom didn't work and this didn't get fixed. Comfortable. Ask for more towels

Gut gelegen, modern Eingerichtet aber sehr ungepflegt und sehr laut
Plus: Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgüntig und vergleichsweise nah an der Altstadt. Sie ist zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet und durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell. WLAN ist vorhanden und akzeptabel schnell. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage. Geräte sind vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Gespirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen und -brett, TV). Alle Fenster haben Plisseés(?), zusätzlich hat ein Fenster Gardinen (bei den anderen sind noch die Befestigungen für Gardinenstangen zu sehen). Minus: Durch die Lage direkt an einer Kreuzung und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist es sehr laut, auch nachts; es ist unmöglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Es gibt im Bad quasi keine Möglichkeit, ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Konkrete Probleme: Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen beim Vermieter (per Mail sowie per SMS) bereits Tage im voraus erhielten wir erst bei Ankunft im Krakauer Hauptbahnhof Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe. Dafür mussten wir dann zunächst in die Innenstadt zu einer zentralen Verwaltung (d.h. orientieren, Verbindung suchen, entsprechende Fahrkarten kaufen, hin und wieder zurück zum Bahnhof fahren - alles, bevor man in die Wohnung kam). Es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber keine Möglichkeit, die gewaschene Wäsche zum Trocken aufzuhängen. Es gibt kein Geschirrtuch. Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, im Bad waren noch Haare vom vorigen Benutzer zu finden; die Fenster waren teilweise sehr verschmutzt, nach kurzer Zeit auf Socken waren diese schmutzig. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad war verstopft. Die Bettlichter im einen Schlafzimmer sowie das Licht in der Küchenabzugshabe und über der Küchenarbeitsfläche funktionierten nicht. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Bettlichter.

Good location and nice apparment but noise of street
It is a very nice apartment well equipped and very well located close to city center and near station and public transport. but in case you are not used to live in a city there is quiet some noise at night from trains, trams and cars as the appartment is located on the street side even if it is on the 5th floor. Even with double glass you hear the noise very well.

Bien en general con alguna pega
Aspectos positivos. El apartamento muy moderno y muy bien ubicado, a 15 minutos a pié del centro, con aire acondicionado, las camas cómodas. Aspectos negatívos. Faltaban toallas, nos dejaron solo una toalla de baño por persona para 10 dias, al dia siguiente nos trajeron mas previa queja. No disponia de cortinas ni persianas y al amancer a las 6 de la mañana te despertaba el sol. Muy justo de utensilios de cocina. Al llegar nos encontamos el apartamento sin barrer, habia cereales debajo del sofá y los cajones de la cocina sucios de polvo. Los cristales muy sucios. Algunas luces de la cocina y una habitación no funcionaban, avisamos del problema pero no se solucionó durante nuestra estancia.Solo nos dejaron una llave para quatro personas, insuficiente. Saludos

Die Wohnung ansich ist sehr schön
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden ist ideal. Nachteil: Durch eine vorbeiführende Hauptverkehrsstraße ist es teilweise etwas laut. Auch das Parken (wenn man nicht noch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mieten kann) ist etwas problematisch. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, sollte man sich bereits bei der Buchung mit dem Vermieter telefonisch in Verbindung setzen um die Schlüsselübergabe abzustimmen.
