You can enter the villa from the main street (no steps), into a large front private terrace with gardens. Enter the villa into the spacious Lounge/Diner with American style kitchen. The lounge offers which has a 3 seater sofa bed (sleeps 5th & 6th person) and a chair. The large 32inch TV system has British, Spanish, German and Russian TV channels there is also a DVD player. This villa is situated in a peaceful residential area of Chayofa. Chayofa is a beautiful and popular area, only 2 km from the busier resorts such as Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas, where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, water parks etc and much more! However within a 5 minute walk from the villa is a local supermarket, 2 or 3 bars/restaurants and a tennis club. Also 1 km from Chayofa is the small town of La Camilla where you will find larger supermarkets and typical Canarian bars and restaurants. There is also a taxi rank and a bus stop nearby the villa which has a regular bus service into the other busier resorts.
