"Villa Peppin" is in the quiet of nature a stone's throw from sanremo (Riviera di Ponente of Liguria), between the hills and the sea we offer a large house on three floors, with all the comforts for a peaceful holiday in a mild temperature .
old restored villa consisting of: living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, attic and cellar. It is surrounded by 4000 meters of land (pinewood, garden, vegetable garden with free chicken).

Villa Peppin is in San Romolo (altitude 700 m), a marvelous Ligurian mountain at 10 km from San Remo and at 45 minutes drive from Monte Carlo Principate.

There is a minigolf and a golf in a few kilometers. Mountain biking, enduro / cross TOURS are organized for guest.
