It's also just a five-minute walk from the Bluff Trail and Pebble Beach, a short walk from Smuggler's Cove and the Sea Ranch Marine Preserve/Seal Sanctuary, less than two miles south of Stengel Beach, and three miles from the fascinating tide pools and rock formations of Shell Beach.

Whether you're planning a relaxing family vacation or a quiet getaway with friends, this Sea Ranch home offers comfort, a beautiful design, and ocean views from nearly every room. With hardwood floors, lofty cathedral ceilings, and large windows that face the water, the second-floor living space is full of warmth and sunlight. Curl up with a novel on one of the plush sofas, sit by the cozy gas fireplace as you observe the local black-tailed deer, or gather your friends for movie night in front of the YouTube TV and DVD/Blu-ray player. The built-in, six-speaker surround sound system can connect to multiple devices, including an electronic keyboard. Flip on the stereo system as you prepare meals in the full kitchen, which offers plentiful cabinet space for your groceries. Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
