Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with large front patio

Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 4 Ideal for children. Lounge with leather three piece suite, which leads to galley kitchen which is fully equipped with oven and microwave. Washing machine and washing line in outside utility area. Bathroom with bidet, bath and shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and plenty of storage for clothes and a safe. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with also built in wardrobes. Lounge has comfortable leather suite, dining table and chairs, television, DVD player, Wifi and English Television. Also a selection of DVDS, games and books. There is a large outside front patio which has a table and chairs and lemon tree for those that like a slice of lemon in their drink. Air Conditioning for the summer months and a facility for hot air in the winter months. There is also electric fires if required in the winter months. A selection of beach items is also provided for use. We have tried to make the apartment like home from home to ensure people have a relaxing holiday.
There is also a highchair, travel cot, baby bath and steriliser available for those with small families.

There is a shared communal swimming pool just around the back of the property which is accessible through security gates. There is a shallow end for the children and a deeper end for the adults. San pedro is a small typically Spanish town but does have some of the modern twists so the best of both worlds are catered for. There is a large market on a Monday where you can buy fresh produce. Nearby supermarkets and either a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. The Mar Menor is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute drive. Here you will find a large beach which is very safe for the children as the water is not very deep and water sports for you too enjoy. Bars and restaurants can also be found here. Near to the apartment is a shop and a few bars where you can get a meal. There is also a small park opposite and a 5 minute walk away you will find the Thalasia which has a Spa and pools for everyone to use at a charge.
Murcia is very popular for Golf as there are courses nearby in Campomor and surrounding areas.

Key holders are nearby and can provide information and help with any problems. Changeover clean is payable to the key holders upon arrival which is 50 euros. Welcome pack can be provided at an extra cost for those that have a late flight.
Murcia airport is 15 minutes drive away or Alicante is about 1 hour drive. San pedro is a 15 minute walk away and the beach is a 30 minute walk. There is a ice cream parlour 10 minute walk away. The lakes where you can see all different types of birds is only a 10 minute walk.

Quiet escape from winter
Cosy and comfortable . Everything we needed. Very pleased with how close it was to the supermarket, the English pub . Enjoyed walking to the salt flats, the port and the local plaza and market

Good location
We stayed for 5 weeks and the location suited us very well with easy access to the town, port, salt lakes, sea front, shops and local bars and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the west facing terrace which gets the sun almost until sunset. The property had everything we needed during our stay. The local manager was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She was easy to contact during our stay when we needed to. The owner also responded well to communications. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

My husband an myself bought our apartment off plan after seeing the Mar Menor and we just fell in love with the area. We have 2 girls who love going to Spain this is why we have a child friendly apartment our children are young and love to go swimming in the pool and spend time at the beach. My husband is a plumber and i'm a Carer. We have spent many years enjoying our apartment and the surrounding area and hope you do too. San Pedro is a little town but with a big community feel, friendly and the area is very flat and therefore is ideal for all ages. We currently live in Essex but one day would love to retire to Spain to enjoy the sun and Spanish food.

Why they chose this property

San Pedro is very flat and ideal if you love walking or bike riding or even for a morning run. I always feel like i have come home when I come to Spain as it is so relaxing and a very slow pace of life. The values have seemed to remained here in San Pedro people will always say good morning and are always happy to help one another.
We have tried to ensure our apartment resembles home with a few touches here and there. I hope you enjoy our apartment as much as we do. We love going to San Pedro.

What makes this property unique

We have key holders that can help whilst you are in Spain and our key holders will do the change over clean which is payable to them upon obtaining the keys 50 euros. We love just sitting in the sun and relaxing and watching the world go by. This area is great for bird watching and for golf and the beaches are very good also. The Spanish Tapas is very good and the food prices are very reasonable. Overall San Pedro is a area to come and relax but there is nearby towns that offer more nightlife and entertainment if you wanted to.
