VILLAGE STROLL LOCATION: If you want to be in the hub of all the activity overlooking the village stroll, then this location is for you. After arriving you won’t need your car again, because for Whistler Village it hardly gets more central than the Bear Lodge.

PRIME LOCATION IN WHISTLER VILLAGE: Whistler Town Plaza’s Bear Lodge, a prime location at the junction of Upper Village with the Village. All the great restaurants and shopping are right nearby, and the slopes are only a 5 minute walk, and a 5 minute walk in the other direction to the Market Place grocery store. Restaurants, coffee shops, nightclubs and all other amenities are right at your doorstep. For those that know Whistler Village the location of this condo is above Cows - Famous Ice Cream, above Billabong Clothing, steps away from Caramba Restaurant, opposite Garfield's Nightclub, opposite Lush Cosmetics & also above Eddie Bauer Clothing.

PRIVATE BALCONY: Spacious floor plan of 870 square feet, with a large comfortable living room. Private balcony looks onto the Village Stroll and is accessible from the living area and one of the bedrooms. This condo is smoke-free and pet-free.

OUTSTANDING VILLAGE STROLL LOCATION: This property is right in the heart of the Whistler Village activity, which is not for everyone. Celebration days such as Christmas, New Year, Canada Day, and many other nights will be full of late night celebrations. If you would prefer a quieter location I would recommend that you look for a property that does not overlook the village stroll. Whistler has a lot of fun activity on the village stroll, so the village stroll location is not for someone that may be noise sensitive. The unit has been updated with triple plane windows to remedy the noise factor from the village as much as possible. Noise By Laws are in effect 10pm - 8am.

FULLY EQUIPPED CONDO: This unit is one of the larger units in the building with 2 bedroom / 2 full bath Whistler condo has a queen bed in each bedroom as well as a Queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a washer and dryer, fireplace and shared hot tub and basic gym will help ensure your vacation is a pleasant one. The living room also features a stone fireplace, an LCD TV.

FULL-TIME FRONT DESK SERVICE can help you with incidental issues. They will also help you arrange for lift tickets at a discounted price, that will be waiting for you on check-in. Parking is $15 per day payable upon arrival at the front desk.

SUMMER: In the Summer, you will have everything on your doorstep. The Family Adventure Zone is located in the Upper Village, less than a 5 minute walk, where there are tons of children's activities such as bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more! The Whistler Farmers market is also held every Sunday just outside Glacier Lodge in Blackcomb village. Lakes and trails are all a short walk away and the Whistler Village is a 5 minute stroll through a beautiful forested area crossing a small river. The Whistler Golf course is also just around the corner as well as Lost Lake and lots of XC biking and hiking trails.

NO GROUPS: Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. The check-in desk retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met. Mark Barnard, the former Head Coach of the Australian Women's National Team, officially joined the Oregon State University volleyball staff on July 22, 2005 and begins his 13th season with the program. He was promoted to Associate Head Coach in July 2008 and Head Coach in June 2016. Barnard brings with him a long list of accomplishments within the volleyball community. Barnard has coached at the international level for over 20 years and has been the Head Coach of the Australian Women's National Team since 2001. A native of Sydney, Australia, Barnard was an assistant for the National Team from 1997-00, including the Sydney Olympics. During that time Barnard also served as head coach of the women's national junior team (1999-2000) and women's national youth team (1997-99). In 2001 Barnard led the National Team of Australia to its first qualification to the World Championships in over 20 years. At its height, the Australian team was ranked No. 12 in the world. Barnard, who broke into coaching at the high school level, coached at Westfields Sports High School from 1992-97. They won the National Championships in 1995-96 becoming the first school to ever achieve this honor. He also spent time coaching the National Junior Men's Team from 1994-97. Barnard was no slouch on the court either, playing on the 1984 Australian Junior Men's Team and also played on New South Wales Junior Teams from 1982-87, three times winning the National Championships and was an All-Australian 12 selection. Barnard is a 1991 graduate of the University of Sydney with a degree in Education and Science.

Louise worked in Whistler in the late 80's with little money, and a big dream to travel the world. Louise followed her dreams and worked around the world as a ski instructor for more than a decade.

Finally getting a "real job" determined and motivated, Louise worked her way from the ground up to become a successful Real Estate Investor and Business Owner. Before moving to the United States with her husband's career, Louise owned and operated three very profitable Retail Business's in Australia (Bakers Delight & Muffin Break).

However after all that travel around the world, working & skiing in so many spectacular ski resorts..... it is hard to find anything that compares to Whistler. Louise has always held a special place for Whistler in her heart, and now her family shares the same passion for Whistler. Owning a property in the heart of the Whistler Village stroll is absolutely a dream come true. The Barnard family is looking forward to being able to create many new memories together in Whistler.

One of the things we love about this property is that there is lots of action nearby, however some guests prefer a quiet location. If that is you then I would suggest you look for something that does not overlook the village stroll. Village Stroll

We enjoyed being in Whistler Village and close enough to the lifts that we could walk.

Our 6 year old wore his snow boots and changed into his ski boots at the gondola. The condo was nicely renovated and very clean. We stayed Wednesday night through Friday night. We didn't have issues with the noise during the week, but Friday night was very loud. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Thanks!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location in Whistler Village is great. While we could hear individuals outside Garf's, we knew what to expect based upon research of previous reviews. The check-in process was easy and the owner was very responsive to all questions. Will consider staying here again on our next trip to Whistler.

Comfortable retreat for tired skiers

This is a lovely condo to relax in after a long day on the mountain. And it’s perfect for two couples who want their own bathroom. Note: you can walk to the lifts in ski boots. Sadly, it feels longer at the end of the day when your feet are sore. If that’s a problem, you can rent a locker at the base to leave shoes behind.

Great over all and nice view onto the stroll.

This was a great rental -clean, updated, a good value and helpful owner.

The reviews were also very helpful and accurate

Each morning, with the fireplace going and our coffee, we loved looking out the large front window overlooking the stroll and watching the early people headed to the mountain.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend this property to others.
