We invite you to relax and enjoy our luxurious Golf Villa which is perfect for two persons who desire a highly upgraded place to stay in Maui. Our spacious Villa has Sweeping Ocean Views from the Island of Lanai to the Island of Molokai.

YOU HAVE A CHOICE when visiting Maui. Where you stay does make a difference as to your enjoyment. Our Golf Villa is Professionally Cleaned and Maintained to assure your comfort and cleanliness. Every effort has been made to maintain high standards and make sure our Villa is a place you will GREATLY ENJOY and a place to which you would like to return. We are confident you will enjoy our home away from home.

Our Villa is located at the top of the Golf Villas. It is easy to access and is all on the street level. There are plenty of parking spaces just 35 steps from our front door. It is peaceful and quiet and is away from the early morning noise from the lawn mowers at the golf course.

The living room is nicely furnished and decorated. There is a wide screen TV's and Blu-ray players for your enjoyment. The kitchen features granite counters. Appliances include; stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and rice cooker. The large bedroom has a very comfortable NEW king-size mattress. Both the living room and bedroom have sliding doors on to our double wide private lanai which has awesome, unobstructed, ocean views. The floors are tiled and have carpeting in the living room and bedroom areas. The Villa is approximately 1338 square feet which includes the Extra Large private lanai. Our Villa has a level entry and is all on one level. There are no stairs to climb. We have provided an 'Availability Calendar' for your convenience. One of the best golf villas!
We had an amazing stay at Eddie and Melissa's place. This was our second time staying here and we were really impressed with the updates that had been done to the kitchen and how clean the unit felt. Fantastic location with great views from the lanai - perfect for whale watching. Small touches like the box of chocolates don't go unnoticed :) If you manage to find this place available for your dates, you can't go wrong with booking here. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent Choice in Kapalua
Have stayed at many VRBO properties - this was hands down one of the best. Outstanding location, beautiful decor and amenities and spotlessly clean. Communication with host was prompt, courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Good value
Great location and a good complex. Buildings are naturally starting to show their age, but the property itself is in decent condition. Great view from the deck and quite spacious. Unit has all the necessities, but does not have the fully stocked kitchen that you would find in some other units. Some minor issues around one of the stove burners not working and the shower curtain. However, for the price it's a good stay. There was a water leak in the bedroom ceiling from the unit above during our stay (could have happened anywhere and out of the control of our unit). Yes it was a bit of a pain at the time, but the owner was very quick to respond and generously compensated us for the small inconvenience.

My wife and I first visited Maui in 2011. We fell in love with the Kapalua area: the outdoor beauty, the peaceful surroundings, the ideal weather and so many things to do and places to visit. We have returned many times since and finally in 2021 we decided to purchase our second home in our vacation paradise at Kapalua. We are happy to share paradise with you.

Why they chose this property

Our villa is just a short walk to one of the best sandy beaches.....at Kapalua Bay. Kapalua Bay has a great white sandy beach with calm waters and perfect snorkeling.

TWO Golf Courses....The Plantation Course is annually rated as a Top 100 golf course in the world and is consistently ranked as the “Best Golf Course You Can Play” in Hawaii.....and also the Bay Course.
