The home in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle has sweeping views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle and the mountains. It's a great way to see all of Seattle's best views from one convenient location. Eastlake is centrally-located : 1 min driving to get on I-5, easy to get to the East Side using the 520 and I-90 bridges, and minutes to downtown, Pike Place Market and the Seattle Space Needle).
As our guest, you have private access to the entire home.
The showstopper of the home is the rooftop. With breathtaking views of Lake Union, the Seattle Space Needle, and the Mountains, this is the best way to relax after a day of sightseeing! Make a cocktail, and head up to watch the sunset with your loved ones. The rooftop has a beautiful sectional couch and large 6-person dining table, as well as a BBQ, and outdoor kitchen (refrigerator and sink), as well as an entire set of outdoor dishes for your convenience.
The bottom floor is a private garage where you can securely park your vehicle and unload your bags.
Next up, there are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom features a king sized bed and the other a queen sized bed. The 4th floor primary suite is fully-enclosed for maximum privacy and features an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and king sized bed. All beds feature top-quality Saatva mattresses.
The 3rd floor is the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for your cooking needs (appliances, dishes, drip coffee and a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, knives, cutting boards, spices, condiments, you name it!). Local Seattle-roasted whole bean coffee and Nespresso pods included.
The TV is equipped with a Fire Stick — access to Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, NBC, ABC, CBS etc. using your login.
Guests have full, private access to the entire house.
Parking is available in the garage attached to the home. We have a guest parking decal if you need to street-park a second vehicle.
Guests should not and cannot park anywhere else in the alley, or in front of any other homes, or on the adjacent dirt lot as that is our neighbors’ private property and your vehicle will be towed. Our neighbors comfort is paramount to us and we respect their property and ask that all guests do the same. Thank you.

Eastlake is a wonderful neighborhood just minutes from Pike Place Market. The neighborhood features cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Whole Foods is just a 5 minute drive away. Eastlake is adjacent to Lake Union - the home has easy access to get to the lakefront. Perfect for kayaking in Lake Union or biking/running the lakefront path.
The townhouse is located approximately 20 minutes (via I-5) away from SeaTac Airport.
Uber / Lyft is always available from the house in under 5 minutes!
Driving is also very easy - easy access to I-5 and Eastlake Ave. The house has a private, attached garage for your convenience. Despite its proximity to the highway, the house is a quiet oasis!
Buses are a 30 second to 2 minute walk (depending on which line you take) and can take you to and from downtown.

We love being able to offer these high-quality and high-value products to help guests make the most of their holiday while also feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and well-rested!
We ask that the furniture stay covered when not in use, and that only the outdoor dishes be used on the rooftop.
Please note that this is a house we have called our home and we regularly spend time there. Please treat it like your own.
House Rules:
Guests must be over the age of 25 and guest booking the reservation will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. Guests will be charged $500 for each violation.
No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted and pre-approved by host prior to check in. Violations of this rule will result is a $500 pet cleaning fee.
No smoking is allowed in or around the property.
If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the Owner or host pre approves and specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $1000. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am out of respect for our neighbors.
The property is fully furnished which includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, outdoor kitchen supplies, BBQ, and other furnishings.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
