3 Bedroom/2 Bath Large Private Front Yard On 40 Acres Ranch
Secluded home/cottage with front yard BBQ on the 40-acre Private Ranch. When there is no event, your group can enjoy the pond, lots of geese/ducks, play basketball, bocce ball, tennis, horseshoes, walking the abundant trails, enjoy the mature redwood trees & fruit trees. There is also mini zoo with peacocks, alpacas, goats, llama, and more. We have 4000 vines planted in our vineyard and 100 olive trees. We have other guest houses at RANCH listed with VRBO to accommodate large group, and Creek House#1279294.

Thanksgiving Family Outing
Perfect place to gather and interact with your family. This was our third time renting two places at Yin Ranch and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property
This place was absolutely perfect for a reunion. So much space, comfortable beds, great amenities. We held my father's 90th birthday and were able to accommodate 39 guests and to have a beautiful get together for him. The only thing missing from this resort style property is a pool to battle the hot weather. If you are lucky enough to book here, you won't be disappointed!

Regina Yin is a special woman
The cottage was a disappointment, but Regina substituted a much nicer unit. The transition was easy and the Redwood Village is lovely. I feel a connection to our host and greatly appreciate her kindness and compassion.

We built our home on this lovely 40 ares property and have been living here ever since 1993. My husband was a Structural Engineer and I was a Social Worker. We met at University of Washington in Seattle. Our three children are all grown but live nearby. Our 5 grandchildren used to come to play but are too busy with their schools. Now we are almost retired and would like to share what we have build with others. We would love you to tell us how you enjoy your stay too.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy building a house in this rural country area where we can have 40 usable acres yet near major cities like San Francisco and Davis. We put in two acre size pond with fish, grew redwood trees, pave walkways, add lights, tennis courts, indoor basketball gym/hall, boccie court, large deck, tea house and mini zoo. We are now adding over two acres grape vine and another acre olive tree. We think and hope that you will enjoy our property just like what we do.
