Bright and spacious living room - dining room - kitchen area of about 30 m2 tastefully furnished with 3 seater sofa, dining table for 6 people, AIR CONDITIONING, TV, CD-player, large fridge freezer, hob 7 burners, oven, dishwasher.
Master bedroom with air conditioning, large wardrobe and dresser. Front hallway closet with linen and washing machine, bathroom with shower and bidet.
Second Room with air conditioning and double bed (on request transformable into two single beds or bunk bed with extra bed drawer).
Guests have access to a built-in wardrobe and to a built-in shelves and drawers, and en suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
In the beautiful terraced garden overlooking the sea with magnificent views of the bay and Giglio Island, guests have at their disposal a large table in Vietri ceramics for 16 people, chairs, umbrella, beach chairs and beach loungers. A large brick Barbecue grill allows you to cook outdoors.
Without additional costs you are FREE PRIVATE Wi-Fi ACCESS and FOUR ACCESS CARDS (ADMISSION WITHOUT FEE), to the nearby exclusive beach resort Cala Piccola (restaurant and bar) with the right of use of an umbrella with two beach chairs and 2 beach mattresses (from 01. 06-30. 09). Cause Emergency COVID there might be time restrictions in access to the sea.

Tolles Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Es läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Schlafzimmer großzügig auch die Bäder vollkommend ausreichend. Die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.Das Schönste ist der Aussenbereich mit dem großen Garten der terassenförmig angelegt ist. Es gibt einen riesigen Essbereich mit Grillecke und Sitzgruppen auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Immer mit der genialen Aussicht auf das Meer und Giglio. Sehr gerne wieder.

A little bit of paradise
A superb place, beautifully designed with care in every detail of the interior and exterior. That extends to thought for the guests. The view of the bay alone is worth the journey and we loved the beach club.

Beautiful surroundings and accommodation with minor flaws
Exceptional location with short walk to the sea. The entrance to the private Cala Piccola is included and really great. Fabrizio and his gardener Fabio, both always available, are absolutely nice and helpful. All in all, it's complaining at a high level. Small points of criticism are: The Nesspresso machine was broken, the apartment was generally a bit "damp", the kitchen equipment was older and partly unusable, and the bathrooms could do with a little renovation.
